Okay, I'm gonna be fair...

This wasn't nearly half as bad as a lot of other stuff I've seen on here. And the graphics could have been worse, people. He used sprites. It had a lot of heart, and c'mon... he worked really hard on it. The animation is fairly decent, because it's not repetitive or anything.

I say we give him a break, because hey...I haven't even had the time to sit down and learn flash so I can use my programs and make my own toons, so...it's better than what I could do.

You keep it up, guy. You just put in the work and the effort, and I'm sure you'll come up with something great someday. :) Of course, most people here are out looking for humor (I'm sure if you had them saying ridiculous things to weird-ass music, it would have gotten applauded and such, but the fact that you were going for seriousness got looked down upon merely because it's not "funny".) So don't take it personally...it's like trying to read Hamlet at open mic night at the nearest comedy club: They just usually expect funny things at newgrounds, that's all. ;)

Oh my... *LOL*

That was so strange and bizarre on so many levels... If people are taking great offense at this, they should reconsider their own value and worth as individuals, because the world certainly does not need simpering little ninnies that let any fabric of their being become disrupted by a simple, silly little parody.

Anyhow, excellent little film! Very well done. :)

This has instantly become my FAVORITE!

I am a BIG fan of random humor, and this totally delivers! The animation was really nicely done (really fluid work on the ending credits!) and this had a lot of style! I LOVED it! I just discovered it like 10 minutes ago, and I've already watched it 3 times in a row! :D The audio is slightly grainy, but you know what? I think that actually ADDS to the piece more than detracting from it.

Overall, this was just EXCELLENT! :D

BRAVISSIMO!

I must applaud you on having the courage to stand up and point out so bluntly what I'm sure a great many of us have been thinking for quite some time. Sure, Foamy is occasionally near-amusing to an extent every once in a blue moon, but your parody was entirely dead-on in every aspect, ESPECIALLY the end. If I had a penny for every piteous little freak that posted a comment begging the creator to show the character's breasts, I could completely pay off my mother's business loans on her store.

It pains me that someone (ie, illwillpress) would so blatantly try to rip off the style of an artist that actually has genuine TALENT and comedic wit (as in, who DOESN'T constantly rely on annoying little creatures to get a laugh, and actually makes real insights and observations on humanity every once in a while) and uses it for something so....mediocre. I can understand becoming enchanted with Vasquez's style for a short period of time and doodling HIS characters while one is bored just to test one's skills, or simply for enjoyment of the style. HOWEVER, it is an insult to copy the art of another and attempt to pass it off as your OWN intellectual property, especially if you intend to profit from it (note that "Neurotically Yours" is not only in comic book form, but that there are Foamy t-shirts for sale on the guy's website).

All the Neurotically Yours series is, as I think you hinted at, is Johnny the Homicidal Maniac with breasts (although honestly, let's face it...Germaine is really just Devi from "I Feel Sick". I mean, even the haircut and hair color is the same, not to mention the clothing...) And of course, to draw on the popularity of Invader Zim, she has a sidekick who is not unlike a very disgruntled GIR. I mean, even the fact that it's a SQUIRREL is just too coincidental to ignore, considering the many squirrel references throughout Invader Zim, as well as Jhonen's other works...

Overall, if anyone here has guts and originality, it's you for being the brave bearer of TRUTH. Again, sir, I applaud you.

:)

I love this... LOL

I keep showing this to friends, and they just laugh their asses off...

BTW, in case anyone was wondering, that J-pop song when they're all dancing is called "Evolution" by Ayumi Hamasaki. :)

I LOVE IT!

That was fantasmoriffical!!! Whatever that means. ;D

This really made my day... it was just great! :D That song is kinda catchy, oddly enough. :) Anyhow, great job! Make more like this! :D

Awwww!

That was so sweet. :) And that drawing effect is pretty shwigity! Keep up the good work! :D

LOL!

"Ninja have a tendency to cling to ceilings." L M A O. I love that line. Another job well done! :D

LOL

Short, but funny. :) And to that MarsDBZ guy... he is in SERIOUS need of a life. But then again, what do you expect from a dork that praises Dragonball Z in their fricken HANDLE?

Great work as always, man. :)

L M A O !

Dude...I love your stuff... this is just awesome, awesome stuff. Keep it up! :D

I have risen from the ocean to destroy Tokyo. Or save it...I can't decide which.
